The IRIS FMP Payroll Services Bureau reached another milestone today by adding ISO 22301 : 2012 accreditation to a growing list of awards designed to set the standard for outsourced payroll providers in the marketplace.
The award complements IRIS FMP’s other ISO accreditations – ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 and adds to the bureau’s CIPP Payroll Assurance Scheme accreditation received earlier in 2015. The IRIS FMP team were awarded the Payroll Team Award – Bureau/ service provider at the Payroll World Awards in November 2015, to round off an excellent year for the business.

ISO 22301 specifies requirements to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve a documented management system to protect against, reduce the likelihood of occurrence, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive incidents when they arise.
