IRIS FMP Payroll Services has been nominated again for two awards at the Payroll World awards in November 2016 – the payroll award nominations being the Payroll Provider of the Year award and Best Leader award for Neil Lagden.
The payroll award nominations, which showcase exceptional performance in the payroll sector, mark an incredible year for IRIS FMP Payroll Services, who earlier this year won the Judges Award for Outstanding Achievement at the Global Payroll Awards.
Payroll Provider of the Year
The Payroll Provider of the Year award nomination marks IRIS FMP’s continued commitment to customer service. Customer satisfaction levels have remained high, with 93% of existing clients surveyed rating their Payroll Manager’s understanding of their payroll as good or excellent, and none giving a negative rating. Indeed 96% of those surveyed would recommend IRIS FMP Payroll Services.
New clients have experienced exceptional levels of service, with implementation teams receiving 100% excellent or good ratings for the implementation and project management of new payrolls, and 100% of new clients happy to recommend IRIS FMP.
In terms of cost savings outsourcing payroll continues to save in excess of 20% administration time and innovation and business benefits included the introduction of IRIS FMP Assured in April 2015, providing a simple step by step pay as you go auto enrolment process for IRIS FMP’s existing micro employer clients staging in the next couple of years.
Neil Lagden, IRIS FMP Payroll Services Managing Director, has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Leader Award’, keeping his finger on the business pulse at IRIS FMP despite having to deal with a life threatening brain tumour in 2015, during which he endured surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy before finally being given the all clear in late 2015.
Indeed his story was recorded in the widely reported piece STARING DEATH IN THE FACE, SURVIVAL, AND MOVING ON
As a Payroll World Top 50 professional Lagden’s success has been down to the selection and nurturing of the right people to grow the payroll outsourcing business, and indeed growing a rich vein of people who, when it came to the crunch, could step up and lead whilst he was away from the business.
And his can do attitude, work ethic, and desire to see people succeed, saw him checking into the business and offering advice even in his darkest hours.
