Second pay centre created for innovative payroll disruptor

25th April 2017

Centre of excellenceIRIS FMP has created a second pay centre within its UK Payroll Services division to support a sustained growth in the business.

The company, which promised to disrupt the market with new and innovative solutions for the UK and international markets, was formed late in 2016 with a private equity backed MBO formed from three complimentary brands – IRIS FMP, Bond Payroll Services and Bond HR & Payroll Software.

The new pay centre opened this week in Chichester to provide operational support to IRIS FMP, which provides outsourced services to UK businesses from one employee upwards.

Justin Cottrell, IRIS FMP CEO commented:”This is a real milestone for us and shows how much the business is growing. We’re building our success on an ultra-responsive service, going the extra mile with our clients, and nurturing our staff with incentives such as our fully-expensed Orlando trip to the American Payroll Association congress in May.  Our service continues to be rewarded with industry awards won across the business, and we’re developing a real IRIS FMP family that includes staff, clients and stakeholders.

We promised to disrupt the payroll market and we’re doing just that. ”

Michelle Webb, Operations Manager at IRIS FMP is very happy with the new pay centre: “Having two pay centres gives us a much better resilience within the business, and allows us to widen our catchment area for employing staff to most of the south east, for those that want to work in an office environment. Of course our home model has worked exceptionally well, allowing us to support flexible home-based working arrangements for those that need that freedom. This comprehensive staffing model has meant we can appeal to payroll managers across the country”.

IRIS FMP’s continued growth means that they are still looking for exceptional payroll professionals to join the team, and additional roles are also on offer in sales. To view the very latest vacancies click here
