The recent internal promotion of Paul Hedger to the post of Implementation and Technical Development Manager within IRIS FMP Payroll Services has immediately created his first job, finding someone to fill his boots as a new Implementation and Technical Development Executive.
Paul, who holds over 15 years payroll experience working in sectors such as outsourcing, accountancy and recruitment with names such as BDO Stoy Hayward and Liberata handles all payroll implementation and technical development within IRIS FMP Payroll Services. He is looking to bring someone onboard to nurture, develop and have the same level of success that he has had to date within the business.

I’ve got some great ideas on how we can take implementation to the next level for new clients and I’m after someone who can help me realise those ideas. Using his CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll management Paul has implemented over 3000 PAYE schemes in the past 3 years for operations from 1- 7500 employees, including several new start-up companies.
