Payrite Helpdesk show how great payroll support drives client satisfaction

4th November 2016

Payroll-World-Awards-2016-225x300IRIS FMP’s Payrite Helpdesk stole the show at the Payroll World Awards after scooping the Best Payroll Support Team award.

The awards celebrates the best of the best in the payroll industry, but it is particularly important to honour the people that actually make the process work well on a day to day basis. The Payrite Helpdesk has consistently done just that (they were also a shortlisted finalist in 2015) and the wealth of testimonials that supported the nomination, together with much evidence based factual information meant they were crowned best of the best.

The independent judging panel were looking for evidence of effective support of payroll teams, evidence of contribution to a common goal, and positive business outcomes as a result of the partnership. The Payrite Helpdesk team deliver on all fronts with 99% of clients surveyed rating the attitude and courtesy of the team as good or excellent and 94% of clients willing to recommend IRIS FMP based on their helpdesk experience.

The Payroll World Awards 2016 recognise and reward hard work and best practice in the payroll industry with the event uniting the industry for an evening of celebration.

IRIS FMP – A new force in payroll

The award rounds off a great year for the IRIS FMP team, recently formed from a private equity backed MBO buyout of the Bond Payroll Services, Bond HR and Payroll Software and IRIS FMP brands from Bond International Software. The company will be changing the brands over to the IRIS FMP Brand in November.

The Best Payroll Support team award for great support and customer service for our software complements the Judges Award for Outstanding Achievement at the Global Payroll Awards in May 2016 for the outsourced payroll services team (who in November 2015 also won Payroll World Awards Payroll Team of the Year in the Bureau category).

And at the Payroll World Awards the IRIS FMP team were also finalists this year in the Payroll Provider of the Year, Payroll Software Product of the Year, and Best Leader award (Neil Lagden)

Payrite Helpdesk – Not just a customer service department

Nicola Jardine, Payroll & Benefits Team Leader for Wales & West Housing and who has worked in payroll for over 25 years, provided a testimonial for the team. She commented “As all payroll professionals know it’s very often that you come across a problem during a critical processing time that needs to be rectified almost immediately. Not only do I feel that when discussing issues with the Payrite Helpdesk team are they patient and calm, they have expert system knowledge of the product but also payroll knowledge. They are not just a customer service department that will forward your enquiry onto somebody else”.

Changing the face of Payroll

IRIS FMP are looking to be disruptive in the payroll world in 2017 and the award provides a springboard for IRIS FMP CEO Justin Cottrell. “This award demonstrates that we have fantastic people, evolving and credible software, and great UK and international payroll and HR services. I want to delight customers, and the teams that make up IRIS FMP share a passion for getting things done on time, every time. Our new company, with significant private equity backing, puts us in a strong position to really make a change in the payroll industry, setting the bar higher than ever. I’m really looking forward to 2017, but this award rounds off and recognises all the hard work all payroll staff have put into 2016. ”

The Payroll World Awards were held in London in November 2016.
