Leading Payroll and HR services provider IRIS FMP has just achieved re-accreditation across four key ISO disciplines, in a first test of processes following the merger of Bond Payroll Services, Bond HR & Payroll Software and IRIS FMP into one entity in August 2016.
The four ISO accreditations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001, see IRIS FMP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) services and software fully compliant with the ISO International Standards. The standards ensure that products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality. For business, they are strategic tools that reduce costs by minimizing waste and errors and increasing productivity. They help business to understand the quality of suppliers in the marketplace, allowing for informed decisions on the robustness, compliance and makeup of businesses on a level playing field. In payroll no outsourced suppliers should be without all of these standards, but in particular ISO 27001 – important for the protection of critical payroll data.
Commenting on the success IRIS FMP’s CEO Justin Cottrell said: “Having ISO accreditation gives reassurance to our existing and prospective customers that we have robust systems and procedures in place to deal effectively with their payroll and HR needs both within the UK and internationally. The coming together of our three companies last August needed a robust structure and new systems to ensure we continued to delight our customers, and great people to bring it all together. This we’ve achieved. Getting these accreditations now allows us to set out our stall for 2017 based on solid foundations.”
