Justin Cottrell has spent most of his career in UK and International Payroll, culminating last year in the £30m private equity backed MBO of his international payroll company IRIS FMP with UK payroll outsourcing company Bond Payroll Services, and HR & payroll software company Bond HR & Payroll Software.
The merger of the three companies has created a new disruptor within the rewards market, with the service and products offered by the group expanding to match the expanded Reward 100 index.
Cottrell commented :”I am humbled to be nominated for this list of influential reward leaders. IRIS FMP continues to disrupt the norm to bring something different in payroll, reward, benefits and HR for companies within both the UK and globally. I lead a superb team of professionals and ‘reward’ needs to be firmly on the agenda of all companies. Looking after people first and foremost drives the success of any company.”
Apart from being a multi award winning UK and global payroll provider, and payroll and HR software provider, the IRIS FMP group has recently launched cost effective services such as Employment Guardian, which provides advice and help for SMEs who do not have HR resource in house. It also launched IRIS FMP Amity International last week, providing a lite version of the full Amity cloud based HR solution, specifically designed for international companies just starting to place and manage employees overseas.
IRIS FMP already provide a focussed value driven package for micro and SME companies to meet their obligations under staging and auto enrolment in the UK.
The Reward 100 index was created by industry leading magazine Payroll World magazine, which is soon to be rebranded Reward Strategy.
