IRIS FMP HR & Payroll Software Shortlisted for Two Awards

Payrite Helpdesk Team IRIS FMP HR & Payroll Software is delighted to have been shortlisted for two awards at this year’s Payroll World Awards. This is a testament to the high quality of our products and services, which are leading the way in creating new solutions for companies and organisations of all sizes.

Our two shortlisted nominations are for Payroll Software Product of the Year and Best Payroll Support Team, both showing recognition for our innovative IRIS FMP Payrite professional payroll software.

The award winners will be announced and the awards presented at a prestigious black-tie event at the Hilton London Bankside on November 3. This is the sixth year of the Payroll World Awards, which are recognised as a flagship event for the industry.

Payroll Software Product of the Year

Our shortlisting for Payroll Software Product of the Year underlines IRIS FMP’s focus on giving excellent service to clients. Ever since the launch of IRIS FMP Payrite more than three decades ago, in 1984, we have made it our top priority to fulfil customer needs. Saving on costs and bringing real benefits to businesses are central to our service, as reflected in testimonials from Payrite users.

This constant focus on client requirements is the reason for Payrite’s continuing success. It is the payroll solution preferred by numerous organisations in both the public and private sectors. Today it is used by more than 240 clients, including about 50 payroll bureaux.

To find out exactly what businesses want, we have a User Group which gives strong input into finding innovative ways of doing things. A recent success was the project we initiated together with pensionsync, making IRIS FMP Payrite the first payroll solution to incorporate fully automated transfer of pensions auto-enrolment data both to and from multiple pension providers.

This innovative system is being rolled out to other users and to IRIS FMP Payroll Services, after having achieved considerable savings of both costs and time for bureau client Armstrong Watson.

Best Payroll Support Team Award

IRIS FMP HR & Payroll Software’s helpdesk team has been shortlisted for the Best Payroll Support Team Award. This recognition is a tribute to the effective support provided by its exceptional team members, who all have a detailed knowledge of IRIS FMP Payrite software.

Feedback given by clients about the helpdesk team in surveys is 98% positive on a regular basis. Reasons for this include their politeness and overall level of customer service, as well as the understanding of issues raised. A recent client survey indicated that all those who responded would recommend IRIS FMP on the basis of the support offered.

Members of the team receive an average of around 450 calls per month and deal with them in an approachable and friendly way, building excellent relationships with in-house payroll teams. All the staff in the team either hold the NCFE qualification in Customer Service or are working towards this. They also attend other courses regularly to keep up to date with changing laws and regulations regarding payroll.
