IRIS FMP Payroll Services is on the lookout for its next sales superstar.
The Gatwick based managed services provider, which had record sales last year, is looking to add a further sales person to join the sales team, helping to drive expansion further into the payroll marketplace.
The new Sales Executive role will work with IRIS FMP’s sales manager Matt Sheridan and the team to help grow the business, which provides payroll services to the SME marketplace throughout the UK. IRIS FMP continue to build presence in the payroll marketplace, winning three awards in the last seven months, most recently grabbing the Judges award for Outstanding Achievement at the Global Payroll Awards in London in May 2016.
Why should you join IRIS FMP Payroll Services?
Matt Sheridan explains: “Apart from a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure this truly is a great team to work with. There is an excellent working relationship between our team and marketing, who provide an abundance of leads, the implementation team who bend over backwards to onboard clients, and operations and account management , where our team of professionals seek to delight the customer.
And our incentive scheme, which this year saw the top performing sales team members going to Nashville, and next year to Orlando, really does help to create a buzz in our office.
We keep on winning awards for our bureau and our service, including the Payroll World Award for Best Bureau/ Service Provider. Working with a professional team helps build a great offering to potential clients. However payroll is a consultative process and I’m after someone who can work flexibly selling payrolls from one man bands up to companies with 6000 staff ”
Will you want me for your expansion plans?
