IRIS FMP, who won the Payroll Team Award at the November 2015 Payroll World Awards, are busier than ever and are looking to grow the business even further over the coming months and years.
Reporting to Matt Sheridan, Sales Manager, this new role will help take IRIS FMP Payroll Services to the next level.

The person I am after will have all the necessary sales skills to be successful quickly. They don’t necessarily need payroll sales experience, as that can be picked up relatively easily, but they do need to know how to build relationships with potential clients using a consultative style and approach.
