IRIS FMP has stolen 5 reward nominations for The Rewards, the flagship awards event that evolved from the Payroll World Awards. IRIS FMP is led by CEO Justin Cottrell, a winner of the ‘Best Leader’ award category in previous years (pictured).
The event still has payroll still at the heart of the event. However, payroll now covers a widening remit to now include HR, reward, pensions and employee benefits. The Rewards now reflects that widening remit.
Independent judges create the shortlists from each category. The event, now in its 9th year, has become one of the most distinguished events in the payroll calendar. This year the finalists will be announced at a spectacular awards night on 5th December 2019.

A fantastic year (and more) at IRIS FMP
It’s been a superb few years at IRIS FMP, culminating with the sale of the business to IRIS Software Group in September 2019. The sale follows three years of exceptional growth.
